Is it the draw of seeing the majestic mountains with all its spectacular scenic views that intrigues you? Or just some time in the saddle, away from all the hustle & bustle of our busy lives. We offer 1 hour trail rides all the way up to full day horseback riding adventures.

If a day ride is not enough or you want to experience the true outdoors then a pack trip or wagon adventure might just be what your looking for. This is a great way to unwind & it allows you to escape the pressures of life if only for a few days. Our trips are based in the spectacular Clearwater Valley in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Magnificent river valleys, a fishable alpine lake & fabulous ridge lines with 360 degree views are just a few of the options from our camp. With the backcountry camping area being completely reachable by horse drawn wagon this allows all gear and any interested people to be transported in by wagon, leaving the door open for endless possibilities. So you don't need to be a avid horseback rider to enjoy or partake. 

We cater to personal family trips or small groups of friends which allows each of you to personally experience the backcountry anyway you like. Whether it be horseback riding, fishing, hiking, biking, or camping that's your main interest, we can help.

The all-inclusive trips include cozy wall tents with cots for added comfort.

Pack Trips:

Adventure seekers seeking a true mountain experience will find it with these pack trips. From the rejuvenated growth revealed by old forest fire burns to lush mountain meadows and magnificent ridgetops with breathtaking 360-degree views, these trips offer it all. Cowboy coffee, hearty homecooked meals, and warm campfires await you as we explore the mountains by moving camp locations throughout the trip.  These trips do include a nights stay at our base camp location on the final night making it ideal for guests who have a longer travel distance. Local guests can omit this final night and price will be adjusted to reflect a 6 day adventure.

Just A Glimpse 

4 days/3 nights

This mini getaway offers a peaceful escape into a little piece of heaven. Perfect for families or parent-child trips, this experience is all about connection, bonding, and building unforgettable memories. No need to be an avid rider; our comfortable backcountry camp is completely accessible by horse-drawn wagon, allowing you to ride as little or as much as you’d like. It’s a perfect way to get your feet wet with an overnight horseback adventure.

Pampered Cowgirl (Ladies Only)

5 days/4 nights 

$2599.00 plus GST

The Pampered Cowgirl Experience offers a unique opportunity to explore remote wilderness, learn backcountry skills, and connect with other fabulous ladies. Each lady will enjoy a relaxing massage and a mini movement session that blends pilates and yoga, helping to alleviate any aches and pains from a day in the saddle and preparing you for the next adventure. However, the true cowgirl experience and self-discovery will come when we take our newfound backcountry skills and pack out to a fabulous fly camp location for a night spent under the stars. This perfect blend of comfort and adventure is ideal for adventurous ladies at a confident novice to intermediate riding level.

 Mountain Getaway 

 4 days/3 nights

A perfect trip for anyone looking to get outside and take in the beauty of the Alberta Rockies. Our comfortable backcountry camp provides the ideal setting for relaxation or adventure, with the option to hit the trails and see the mountain sights. Guests can choose their own itinerary by selecting from a variety of daily activities, making this trip unique for each guest. It’s a wonderful getaway for all to enjoy.

Summer Spectacular 

5 days/4 nights

As summer draws to a close, don’t miss this week of adventure! Explore our little piece of heaven in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Our comfortable backcountry camp and horse-drawn wagon make our adventures welcoming to all ages and skill levels. Camp fires and cowboy coffee await. This trip includes shuttle service to and from Calgary and a nights stay at our base camp location making it ideal for international travelers. Local guests can omit these services and the price will be adjusted to reflect a 4 day experience.

- September 9th to 16th

Clearwater Explorer 

8 days/7 nights

$4200.00 plus GST

September is fabulous with its changing colours, picturesque valleys, and fresh mountain air. It’s the ideal time to unplug, unwind, and relax on this adventure. We’ll explore the untouched paths and take in the sights that this remote area has to offer. It’s a great option for riders who want to spend a lot of time in the saddle. This trip includes shuttle service to and from Calgary and a nights stay at our base camp at the beginning and end of the trip making it ideal for international travellers. Local

guests can omit these services and price will be adjusted to reflect a 6 day experience.

Hunters

• The drop camp service is a great option, as it lets you experience that high mountain hunt without having the burden of hauling in your own gear. We will haul in your equipment to a prearranged spot or camp either by pack horse or wagon. This will allow you to get that much closer to the wildlife. When the hunt is over we return to haul our your gear and any meat you may of acquired during the trip. Save your energy for the hunt and don't exhaust yourself getting to it.
• Hunting camps - We can outfit your group with a comfortable all-inclusive camp. Wall tents, stoves, cots and cooking services available. We can also provide activities for any non-hunters in your party.
• NO Guiding Available.
